'Renegade Independent Film Festival' Showcases Films by Tennessee's Hottest Writer/Directors at Script-Com!

Over two decades ago, members of the Tennessee Screenwriting Association launched the Renegade Independent Film Festival ("RIFF") to spotlight low-budget films by local writer/directors that were focused on great scripts and characters, not pretentious festival and arthouse trends.
After two sellouts at the Belcourt Theatre in Nashville and packed houses at the Franklin Theatre and at Western Kentucky University, the R.I.F.F. returns as the final event of the Script-Com Screenwriters Conference on Sunday, November 17.
The RIFF program is the final event of Script-Com and showcases a new wave of short films and trailers which have been written and/or directed by members of the TSA. Many of the films on the RIFF slate have scored accolades and prizes at other film festivals across the country, including:
